THE PRINCIPLE BEHIND WISMS

WISMS was created by a facilities management leader whose experiences of the 2011 Christchurch earthquake and the Christchurch mosque attacks reinforced the need for better ways to protect people.

That real-world experience, alongside the everyday challenges of contractor management, health and safety and lone working, helped shape technology with a practical purpose.

Our founder’s commitment extends beyond the workplace into community wellbeing. Through WellbeingSolutions, AI-4U is offered free to the public in New Zealand, helping people find support without downloading an app.

Today, Wise Management Systems brings physical safety and psychological wellbeing closer together. Our focus is simple: give organisations the visibility, tools and support to take better care of their people.
